  • Housing ≤30% income: +30; 30–40%: +15; >40%: 0.
  • Transport: My50 +25; Car (paid) +10; Car (loan) +0–10 by total cost; Ride-hailing moderate +5.
  • DSR band: ≤40% +20; 41–60% +10; >60% 0.
  • Emergency fund +20; Investing +10; Eating out: Rarely +10; 2–3x +5; Daily 0.
  • Medical premium & childcare are shown in action plan, not scored.

Pro Tips • Tip Praktikal

  • Use My50 where possible; RM50/mth often beats fuel+toll+parking. • Guna My50 jika boleh; RM50/bln selalunya lebih murah dari petrol+tol+parkir.
  • Target rent ≤30% of gross income; sharing lowers burden. • Sasarkan sewa ≤30% pendapatan kasar; berkongsi kurangkan beban.
  • Build 3–6 months emergency fund before aggressive investing. • Bina dana kecemasan 3–6 bulan sebelum pelaburan agresif.
  • Keep DSR ≤60% (prefer 30–40%); reduce high-interest debts first. • Kekal DSR ≤60% (lebih baik 30–40%); kurangkan hutang faedah tinggi dahulu.
